·  Organizing Farmers training for creating awareness amongst the farmers of different districts related to recent technologies developed in agriculture especially organic farming, Integrated Farming System, Vermicompost, Cultivation techniques of High value vegetables under protected condition, Nursery management of Horticultural crops, Entrepreneurship development programme for rural youth and farm women, SHGs through its Farmers Training Centre duly sponsored by Paschimanchal Unnayan Parisad, Government of West Bengal by some dedicated Agricultural Scientists, and Technologies of different Institutes like BCKV, IIT Kharagpur and Horticulturist of Government of West Bengal etc..

·   Demonstration of organic farming in its own farm land and at farmers field through collaborative mode with RKMVERI, Belur and production of organic vegetables and fruits.

·      Production and distribution of seedlings and saplings of Horticultural crops through nursery etc.
